Naturally we do make house calls for:

• home theater installation
• Cable TV and Digital TV setup & troubleshooting
• network/phone wiring troubleshooting & installation
• wireless installation site inventory
• 1st stage computer troubleshooting &/or pickup

Most actual computer work can be done in the shop, and we do request that most work be completed there. Computer desktop/towers can be pulled from their current location and brought over. No cables or accessories are needed (unless of course those accessories seem to be the item that isn't currently working). Please call ahead, so that we can arrange somebody to meet you and properly receive your equipment. Help will be given when returning the computer for setup purposes - You don't need to try to label or memorize where all the cables go! We'll take care of that for you if you like. Special accommodations can always be made for customers that are unable to carry in their own computers.

Fuel costs hurt just about everybody. If you are more than 5 miles outside of the Silver Bay city limits, I do request $0.50 per mile to help compensate the extra time spent driving and inevitable bleeding of money out the tailpipe. For instance, a trip up to Little Marais, roughly 22 miles round trip, would cost an extra $11.00.  It can be negotiated, however, if I am already in the area we 'share' the milage between a couple of different customers. Hint Hint --  Have your neighbor call in with their technical problems too!
