Skoglund Technical Services can make custom tile coasters with custom images on them.  The process is top secret, and the results are wonderful.  We have made many for donations to silent auctions, and they regularly go for between $60 and $80 for a set of four (4).  Below you will find some examples of our latest run. We have made photos of family members, landmarks, vacation photos, business logos, and several family pets.  

Obviously when you submit a better quality photograph, you end up with a better quality coaster tile.  Images are water safe, and have been though the dishwasher before without noticable loss of image.  However, we still warn against vigorous cleaning with a brush, scrubby, or harsh dishwasher detergents.  Please, when they get messy, just run them under the faucet for a second and then let them dry.  We cannot be held liable if you scrub the image off your tile!  We haven't seen it happen yet, but we don't want you to be the first either.  All tiles have felt pads on the underside, so that your furniture does not get scratched. 

These are natural stone tiles, and imperfections do exist.  The bumps, grooves, and pits are not always avoidable.  These imperfections add character and earthiness to our work. 

Professional photographs cannot be used, unless we are supplied with a signed release form allowing reproduction of the image.  

• Prices for the coasters are $10 per unique coaster.
• If you want the same image on each coaster, the first coaster is $10, and the rest are $6 a piece.  This helps cover initial setup.
• If you want an image that we already have set up, such as Split Rock Lighthouse shown below, then the coasters do not need the initial setup, and are $6 a piece.
• Image Correction may be necessary, and is separate from basic setup.  Imaged Correction rates apply.
• One more disclaimer:  Our family is pretty good looking, but no, you cannot have a coaster with my family on it.  Those are examples only.
