Your computer probably needs a little bit of work.  Whether it just needs to be sanitized from viruses or other malware, or it doesn't boot up anymore, we can fix it.  We generally run a lot of diagnostics and other software tools on your machine, and this takes many hours if not a couple of days.  Unless you would like us to camp out at your house and eat all your food, it is probably more cost effective to have it brought over and put on the shop bench.  Once it is here, we can give it a good once over, then monitor it as we make it do computer jumping jacks.

1. Please download, print and fill out to the best of your ability the following inventory sheet.

2. Please call to let us know you are bringing your computer over, or if you need to schedule a pickup.

3. Just the box please: Pull out the tower/desktop - remove all the cables and peripherals such as mice, keyboards, monitors, and printers. Please do NOT bring extra keyboards, mice, or other hardware unless those are the particular items that are failing. No need to keep track of where the wires go, if required we can assist with setup later on.

4. Collect certain software that came with your computer or is otherwise required. Examples include:

   • Operating System Restore Discs or System Recovery CDs

   • Office or other Productivity software discs

   • Camera Software

5. Write down the passwords needed to log in!  We can't fix it if we can't log into it.
